We are so excited by the outpouring of enthusiasm and support we’ve received as of late and the interest in building chapters and connections with others who share our vision. Monthly Support Calls – Please note – NEW DIAL-IN NUMBER
Beginning in January, Cat Zavis, the executive director, will be hosting two monthly calls a month. The 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 5:00pm Pacific Time, 8:00pm Eastern Time, she will host calls for individuals interested in starting a new chapter or project are their area. The 4th Wednesdays of the month at 5:00pm Pacific Time, 8:00pm Eastern Time, she will host calls for chapter and project leaders and participants. On the monthly calls for folks interested in starting a chapter or project, she will discuss options, answer questions and help folks strategize how to get a chapter or projected started in your area. On the monthly calls for chapters and projects, we will help you set monthly goals, clarify any questions, and provide support to make your efforts as productive and successful as possible. We will do role-plays to help you hone your skills in promoting your projects and chapters, learn empathic communication skills so you can talk with people who do not necessarily agree with our efforts, and provide opportunities to share your successes and challenges with each other so you can learn from each other and grow and expand your capacities together. These calls will also enhance your sense of connection with others helping you feel less isolated in your efforts.
